If purchase is within the stated times above, include a note as follows:
• If refund is being requested, please include a note "REFUND".
• If exchange for different ring size is being requested, please include a note "EXCHANGE FOR SIZE ____". We will do our best to make the exchange. In the event desired ring size is not available (out of stock), a refund will be issued.
• If replacement of defective item is being requested, please include a note "REPLACE DEFECTIVE ITEM".
IMPORTANT:
1) We do not provide return labels. We recommend that you mail back items via First Class Mail (will cost about $3.50 postage).
2) Items returned outside the allowed time period will NOT be processed, and may be disposed of due to the prohibitive costs of handling and shipping.
3) Returns are processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package.
